If you are a regular customer of ours you will be given access to your own simple but ultra secure portal where you can send us sensitive tax and financial documents. In turn after preparation your tax documents will be available to you by logging into your portal where you can view or print them anytime. If you have any questions or concerns please ask us. The portal is easy to use and we highly recommend using this method of sending documents instead of regular email.
The portal can be accessed on our website by clicking Client Portal. First you should receive an email from us with a link to register your portal. You will be prompted to provide some basic information and setup your own password. Inside your portal you will see a set of folders. One of these folders will be called ‘Client please submit info here’. This is where you can scan and/or upload information directly from your computer to us. The other folders will contain information we have prepared for you that you can access at anytime.
Once logged into your account you can change your password and other settings under Personal Settings on the left side bar. Please contact us if you need any help with advanced settings.
In the top right corner of your dashboard under Apps you’ll find a list of smartphone apps you can use to access your portal on your smartphone if you wish.
